Foremost Fabricators, a Patrick Industries company, a manufacturer of fabricated aluminum products, sheet and coil, and custom metal products is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to add to their Team. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Plant Manager in overseeing daily manufacturing operations and ensuring efficient workflows. This position will manage teams, enforce safety and quality standards, and contribute to achieving production goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills and assist with optimizing daily operations while maintaining cost efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate and implement daily, weekly, and monthly goals to employees effectively, aligning with Plant Manager objectives.
• Support the Plant Manager in ensuring smooth manufacturing operations, assisting with higher-level planning and decision-making.
• Supervise production teams, assigning responsibilities and developing work schedules to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain and enforce adherence to safety protocols and proper equipment usage across all teams.
• Monitor essential equipment and ensure regular maintenance schedules are adhered to.
• Analyze production data to ensure compliance with specifications and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide coaching and training to new team members, focusing on operational processes, safety procedures, and equipment handling.
• Assist the Plant Manager in generating detailed reports on progress and performance metrics.
• Contribute to problem-solving initiatives by identifying operational bottlenecks and recommending solutions.
• Uphold company standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Business Management, Organizational Leadership, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, tools, and machinery.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual Spanish will be considered a plus
• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities, with the capacity to mentor and motivate teams.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to ensure cohesive team collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address operational challenges.
