Staff Accountant, Fixed Assets

We are currently hiring a Staff Accountant to join our growing team to support the Corporate Office. The Staff Accountant will be primarily responsible for Fixed Assets as well as the supporting the Teams with miscellaneous auditing and reporting within Patrick. While utilizing hands-on accounting experience the Staff Accountant, Fixed Assets will perform accounting activities and financial analyses utilized by management to drive business decisions.



Working closely with the Accounting Team, Key Leadership at our Business Units the Staff Accountant is responsible for accurate and timely accounting and reporting of fixed asset transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies, ensuring that the information is correct and captured properly.


Additional responsibilities will include:


  • Manage and maintain fixed asset accounting records for the Organization
  • Maintain accurate records of fixed asset transactions
  • Review and approve invoices
  • Review and enter new Fixed Asset
  • Depreciation accruals
  • Budget review and spend
  • Process and policy documentation
  • Create month end journal entries as part of the standard month end close process
  • Assist with external and internal financial audit requests



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred  
  • Must have intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Candidates should have a strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects independently, with minimal direction, and with solid follow through
  • Strong ability to mediate complex cross functional issues and work with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to complete projects timely and accurately is critical
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate high performance leadership standards and builds/develops high-performance
