The Senior Analyst will support Patrick’s Corporate Enterprise Analytics team by designing and maintaining robust ETL pipelines and writing advanced SQL scripts to ensure accurate, timely data delivery. This role will play a pivotal role in developing analytical insights which well help improve decision making across the organization.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous validation, cleansing, and reconciliation processes.
• Create and maintain documentation for data workflows, ETL processes, and database structures.
• Support the development of dashboards and reports using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and SQL scripts to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of data literacy and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with industry best practices in data engineering, analytics, and SQL optimization.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, with a strong focus on SQL and ETL.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL) and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Solid understanding of data modeling, warehousing concepts, and ETL frameworks.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with proven track record showing the ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines and work independently with limited oversight
• Strong personal accountability and follow-through skills
• A high level of personal integrity (self-esteem, self-awareness, humility, confidence, honesty, and respect) are necessary qualities
