Patrick Industries is currently hiring a Senior Analyst, FP&A to join our Corporate Finance team. The Senior Analyst, FP&A is responsible for select oversight, leadership and coordination of forecasting, industry analysis, industry reporting, financial management & analysis, business management & analysis and budgeting efforts.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Industry Analysis & Forecast:
• Develop and execute strategy to obtain, research, analyze, and utilize industry statics.
• Create and present content on the financial impact to the organization
• Budget Preparation & Analysis:
• Assist with the preparation and consolidation of quarterly forecasts
• Management Reporting:
• Consolidate, analyze and summarize financial data and develop (and maintain) reports to help support management decisions.
• Variance Analysis:
• Monitor monthly financial results of Patrick’s various business units and changes in industry conditions
• Business Reviews:
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management, ranging from monthly financial reviews to customer partnership materials
• Ad-Hoc Analysis:
• Provide support to management for “spur-of-the-moment” analytical requests and presentations

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
• 5+ years’ experience working in FP&A, Data Analytics, or similar role
• Strong Microsoft Excel aptitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to assimilate data to convey both strategic and tactical messaging in a clear, concise and professional manner
• Self-motivated with proven track record showing the ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines and work independently with limited oversight
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong personal accountability and follow-through skills
• Strong analytical/critical thinking
• A high level of personal integrity (self-esteem, confidence, honesty, and respect) are necessary qualities
• Experience in Power BI report writing a plus
