The ERP Supervisor at Patrick Industries will be responsible for the oversight and leadership of the Microsoft Dynamics AX Development/Support team. They will provide training; support and development to individual team members in order to ensure the business goals and objectives are maintained.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee the supervision of the AX Support and Development team
• Provide technical support related to Dynamics AX maintenance, administration, and applications
• Monitor the performance of team members to ensure that requirements are met
• Provide leadership, training, and support to team members to assist with performance and career goals
• Liaise between the company’s end users and development team to configure business solutions to ensure operational requirements are met
• Suggest development strategies by evaluating outcomes, identifying recurring trends, and anticipating business requirements
• Create and write documentation related to standard operating procedures
• Ensure that the team observes strict adherence to SOX Compliance standards
• Act as the primary solutions expert related to escalated issues within AX
• Create functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate with the developers to review and test code to ensure the quality and functionality of the ERP and applications
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related major required
• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics AX development experience
• Must have previous experience leading a team of developers
• Intermediate skill level in Visual Studio (C#) and Microsoft SQL
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A high level of personal integrity (self-esteem, confidence, honesty, and respect) are necessary qualities 
• The ability to produce clear direction and innovative solutions
• Strong accountability and follow-through skills
• Flexibility and foresight to balance engagement and business needs
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, discrete, and possess the ability to manage confidential information while balancing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
